Servings: 1 (or 2 kids sizes)

Dietary needs: GF, Vegan option

Keeps: 1 hour, if that!

Healing: Cleanse; relieves constipation, laxitive, detox, reduces stress hormones

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup frozen berries (wild blueberries and raspberries)

  • 300 ml oat milk (or almond milk)

  • 1/2 avocado (a small avo)

  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/4 raw beetroot (roughly chopped)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soak first if preferred)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1 handful spinach or kale

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao

  • Add stevia, dates or maple syrup to taste..

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, just make sure the cacao and chia seeds are not at the bottom by adding the milk first.

  2. Blend on high for at least 1 minute or until desired smoothness; beetroot and broccoli will be smooth when blended long enough.

This is seriously such an indulgent breakfast that will leave you satisfied throughout the day! Play with the avocado-berry ratio to suit your smoothieness for the day. Enjoy

Servings: 1 (or 2 kids sizes)

Dietary needs: GF, Vegan option

Keeps: 12 hours in fridge

Healing: Gut flora; vitality, immune booster, parasite remover

Ingredients

  • 1 small cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 frozen banana (optional)

  • 250 ml macadamia milk or prefered choice

  • 100 ml coconut water

  • 1 cup raw cauliflower florets

  • 1.5 cm cube fresh turmeric (I keep mine in the freezer)

  • 1.5 cm cube ginger

  • 1 or 2 medium pitted dates

  • Pinch of celtic salt or other

  • 1 tbsp or more pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp real cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, I recommend getting in the habit of pouring in liquids before the powders so they don't stick to the bottom

  2. Bleeeeeeend on high for at least 1 minute or until desired smoothness

Remember: even with a recipe the end result will vary, so find out the way you like it by trying a few times. And you can't really go wrong with all the goodness involved!

  1. Perpare your onion, garlic and veggies

  2. Cook the noodles according to the package, then with your tongs take the noodles out of the water and divide into 2 serving bowls

  3. Heat up the oil in a sauce pan

  4. Use your noodle water to cook your veggies for just a few minutes

  5. Divide and pour the soy sauce and vinegar

  6. Place the copped onion, then garlic, then chilli flakes in the centre of your noodles

  7. Pour the hot oil over your mountain of spices to sizzle in the flavours

  8. Now gently mix together and add your veggies

You can definitly put all your aromatics in the pan together and use less oil, however there is an extra zest that comes from preparing it this way! Either way it only takes 15 minutes...
