To prevent injury and feel more comfortable, it is also important to develop flexibility and restore the pain-free natural range of motion (ROM) that your body should be able to move through. We show you how to move the body to succeed from the beginning by effectively addressing these elements during this program.
When you have your foundation sorted, you can then more safely train with greater intensity resulting in a faster metabolism and more rapid weight loss and fitness gains.

All Body Shaping sessions are currently run from Chatswood Oval. During these outdoor sessions we use various equipment such as medicine balls, resistance bands, dead balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, Vipr, etc. to ensure a fun and challenging training program that will create a strong foundation and a focus on functional strengthening.
Functional strengthening is not like the isolation strengthening used in traditional body building that emphasizes bigger muscles, rather it develops a lean, toned and shapely body.
These sessions are programmed to target the whole body in a variety of ways to get in an effective workout. You will be using every muscle in the body, gradually building intensity to bring about greater mobility and heart health with consistent participation, leaving you feeling light and energised.
We can adjust the sessions to the pace of each individual in the group when necessary to facilitate learning effectively and safely (max 6 people per group).
