In this video we take a look at some of the commonly relatable energetic influences and also some of the things that most people have never considered. By becoming aware of these known and unknown influences you can more reliably manage your energy and thereby remain more stable both mentally and emotionally.
A stable mind that can remain focused more consistently, will result in greater success not only in relation to re-shaping the body, but in everything that we set our intentions to achieve.
