Video #3 addresses the commonly relatable issue of self-sabotage. In the absence of presently being 'perfect', we all at times fail to consistently align ourselves with our intentions for the day.
There is on occasion, unpredictable events that can throw out our plans. Yet there are also internally regulated influences (personality factors) that often inhibit a higher degree of congruence between what we know will work and what we are actually choosing.
Once these self-destructive patterns are identified and understood, we are more empowered to change them to our benefit and thereby achieve more rapid results.
